Psychic and magician known for his trademark mental spoon-bending feat and for his television displays of apparent telepathic and psychokinetic abilities. Also an actor, he appeared in several horror films.

Before Fame

He served in the Israeli Army's Paratroopers Brigade and was wounded in action during the 1967 Six-Day War.

Trivia

While visiting The Tonight Show in 1973, he failed to bend spoons that had been pre-selected by host Johnny Carson to ensure that he was truly a psychic.

Family Life

In 1979, he married Hanna Geller. He has two children named Natalie and Daniel Geller. On his mother's side, he is distantly related to psychologist Sigmund Freud.
