She graduated with a BA in English literature from the University of Notre Dame in 2019. She launched her blog, "The Rolling Explorer", in June 2020. 

Trivia

Her full name is Jessica Jordan Ping. She was born with a very rare genetic disorder called CHILD Syndrome, which caused a shortened arm and an amputated leg on the left side of her body. She hosts her own podcast "Access Denied".

In 2023, she filed for divorce from her soon-to-be British ex-husband.
