After graduating with a B.A. in business from Loyola Marymount University, she got her first job dancing as Rita Repulsa in the world tour of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.

She is the CEO and founder of the home fitness brand Team Machine.

She and her husband, Derek, have a son named Benjamin, nicknamed BJAM.
