He was born and raised in Fort Gaines, GA, before later relocating to Los Angeles. He previously founded companies including 2 Commas clothing line and Rush Travel Group travel and lifestyle agency aimed specifically toward professional athletes.

He appeared alongside Antonia "Toya" Wright on the Big Facts podcast at the beginning of October 2022, where they discussed the timeline of their relationship together. They also began selling their line of athletic wear and fitness merchandise on the company's website.

Family Life

He started dating Toya Johnson in 2017 after being introduced by a mutual friend and the pair welcomed a daughter, Reign Ryan Rushing, the following year. In 2019, they were engaged and they wed on October 15, 2022 in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California. He is also the stepfather of Reginae Carter, Toya's daughter from a previous relationship with rapper Lil Wayne.
