Political campaign strategist and campaign manager who was the campaign manager for Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign.  In 2017 he became a fellow at Harvard's Belfer Center.

He graduated from Columbia University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics.

He was the first openly gay manager of a major presidential campaign.
