His professional musical career began in the year 2016, when he was 16. For most of his career, he has collaborated in a duo with Mshay. Their debut studio album, Make Cape Town Great Again, came out in 2020 and became a best-selling album, certified Platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa.

His second studio album, Tronics Land Series 2, was released in November 2023 and debuted at number 3 on Apple Music and number 5 on Spotify South Africa Charts. In February 2024, he signed a recording deal with Universal Music Group.

His real name is Simpiwe Sihawu and he was born in Gugulethu and raised in Samora Machel, South Africa. He is dating Amina Yaliwe and has a daughter.
