Well known as the "Six Pack Abs Coach," he is the creator of the "afterburn effect" in ab training and the founder of the incredibly popular YouTube channel Six Pack Shortcuts that has more than 4.5 million subscribers.

Before Fame

He was an out of shape guy who gave all the "get ripped quick" programs a try, but never saw results. He took it into his own hands to research dietary needs and correct exercise programs.

Trivia

He developed three products: his "Six Pack Shortcut" fitness program, his "Insane Home Fat Loss" system, and his "Monster Mass" workout.

Family Life

He was born in Taipei, Taiwan and raised in Houston, Texas. He has been in a relationship with blogger Trinidad De Luz.
