Luke Ryan

About

Known for his prolific producing career on films such as Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle and Hot Tub Time Machine. In 2011, he founded his own production company The Alchemists, which produced the Hulu original series East Los High.

Before Fame

He earned his bachelor's degree in journalism and musical performance from Eastern Illinois University in 2000. In 2002, he took his first film job as the Director of Development for New Line Cinema.

Trivia

He has served as a speaker on the entertainment business for various programs, including the UCLA Extension course. As the SVP for Production for MGM, he helped produce the films Red Dawn and Cabin in the Woods.

Family Life

He was born and raised in Mattoon, Illinois.
