TV actress known for her leading role as Dr. Janet Cottrell in the medical drama Westside Medical, which came out in 1977. She also portrayed Katie McKenna in the show Kaz, which ran from 1978 to 1979.

Before Fame

She attended the University of Iowa for speech and dramatic arts, and then later New York University for a master's degree in the School of Arts. 

Trivia

She was in a number of theatrical productions on and off-Broadway. On Broadway she portrayed Crete in the play Full Circle.

Family Life

She was born and raised in Knoxville Tennessee. She was married to the director Philip Charles MacKenzie, but they were later divorced. She later married a man named Jim Hart.

She was on an episode of the show WKRP in Cincinnati where she was cast alongside TV actor Frank Bonner.
