She and costar Carsyn Rose, who plays the titular Amber Brown in the TV series, developed a secret handshake they did for good luck before filming a scene. She likes to bake cookies and cupcakes, especially late at night. She used to watch YouTube videos of baking when she was young.

Family Life

She was born into a family with an Israeli-Canadian mother and a Japanese-American father. She and her parents have lived in Tel-Aviv, Israel, Sarasota, and Portland. She is Jewish and speaks both Hebrew and English at home. She has also taught herself American Sign Language.
