Type 1 diabetes patient whose struggles with the disease led her family to create a campaign to raise awareness. After suffering a traumatic brain injury, she passed away from complications from pneumonia on July 11, 2015.

Before Fame

She first fell ill in January of 2015 and was originally diagnosed with strep throat. After her condition worsened, she was diagnosed with diabetes. 

Trivia

Her foundation is called Kisses for Kycie and has more than 30,000 followers on its Instagram page.

Family Life

She was born to Josh and Jamie Terry and was the fifth of six children.
