Kamal Addararachchi

About

Sri Lankan actor and singer who won the 2002 Sarasaviya Best Actor Award for his portrayal of Sobana in the film, Agnidahaya. Later in his career, he became the host of the reality TV show, Sirasa Superstar.

Before Fame

He attended Wesley College in Colombo, and was secretary of the Sinhala Literary Society at his school.

Trivia

He appeared in the 2012 music video for the Tilan Fernando song, "Hithagaawa."

Family Life

He married Anurani Addararachchi and had one son with her.

He appeared in Gamini Fonseka's film, Sagarayak Meda, which became a critical and commercial success.
