Joe Onosai

About

Strongman athlete who was a veteran of the World Strongman Challenge, taking home the bronze in 1999. He was also an NFL player who was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 1987.

Before Fame

He was voted The Advertiser's ILH Offensive Player of the Year at University Lab School and later played at the University of Hawaii at Manoa on scholarship.

Trivia

He is deeply religious and began serving as a pastor at the Word of Life Christian Center in the late 90's.

Family Life

He married his high school sweetheart and has several children.

He and Finland's Riku Kiri both medaled at the World Strongman Challenge.
