Hu Jintao

Communist politician who was the 6th President of the People's Republic of China from 2003 to 2013. He was known of being a low-key leader who led China to a decade of steady economic growth. He is best known internationally for opening the 2008 Olympics.

Before Fame

He assisted in the construction of the Liujiaxia Hydroelectric Station after graduating college.

Trivia

He reintroduced state control in some sectors of the economy that were relaxed by the previous administration, and presided over nearly a decade of consistent economic growth and development that cemented China as a major world power.

Family Life

He got married to Liu Yongqing, and the couple have two children together.
