Standup comedian and actor known as Freddie on the television series The Hughleys. He also made regular appearances on Malcolm & Eddie and has starred in feature films like Showtime and The Hustle.

Before Fame

After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1984. Then in 1992, he began performing standup comedy at the legendary Comedy Store in Hollywood, California. Not long after he was touring with Def Jam Comedy and Eddie Griffin.

Trivia

In 1998, he co-wrote and performed the acclaimed one-man play Preston Wittmore's P.I.M.P. (Positive Individual Making Progress).

Family Life

Born to Vern and Janet Farmer, he was the third of four children. His real name is Paul Farmer.
