He joined the army in 1952 and later worked in TV after he got out.

Trivia

He went to prison in the late 1980s after being charged for sexual battery with a 14-year-old boy, which required him to register as a sex offender.

Family Life

He died of lung cancer at the beginning of 2012 while serving a prison sentence for a probation violation stemming from his status as a sex offender.
