She is known for being dedicated to making pelvic floor health accessible to all and aiming to dismantle stigmas surrounding bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction.

Before Fame

She developed a passion for women's health while training to become a physical therapist. She decided to dedicate her work to addressing often-overlooked aspects of well-being, so she focused on pelvic floor therapy. Her early career involved focusing on and creating individualized treatment plans to address specific pelvic floor dysfunctions. She began making content to educate others

She has embraced the title "Queen of TMI" to reflect her commitment to discussing topics that many people shy away from to normalize conversations around pelvic health. She developed the app Floor Friendly, which offers programs and masterclasses designed to prevent and overcome pelvic floor dysfunction. She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Pelvic Floor Influencers by Feedspot in 2025. She appeared on Dr. Halie Schoff's podcast Alpha Health in March 2024.
