About

2008 addition to the country music group Zac Brown Band who has also performed with groups like Oteil and the Peacemakers and a blues trio called Gravy.

Before Fame

He received his first guitar at the age of 6 and his first drumsticks when he was 11. He was part of his junior high school's band program and spent some time at North Texas State University and the Mississippi University for Women.

Trivia

His main drum setup included Grestch drums and Zildjian cymbals.

Family Life

He married and divorced his first wife, and then married Holly Travis. He became a step-father to daughters named Ashley and Allison.

Associated With

Her performed with Oteil and the Peacemakers, a group led by bassist Oteil Burbridge of the Allman Brothers Band.
