Professional bodybuilder and a competitor in physique and figure categories. She won three Ms. Olympia competitions and secured three Ms. Rising Phoenix titles. She also works as a personal trainer. 

Before Fame

During her childhood, she was involved in gymnastics and competitive cheerleading. At the age of 17, she received guidance on muscle-building workouts from her mother's training companion, who happened to be a female bodybuilder.

She at first had aspirations of becoming model rather than a bodybuilder.
