He went viral in 2015 for his Star Wars medley, which reached over 10 million views. His first video on YouTube was in 2008 and he played the song "Moon River."

He is known for using altered tunings and thin gauge strings, which allows him to have a bigger tuning range. He uses a variety of techniques, including harmonics, two-hand tapping, flamenco-style strumming and chordal fingerstyle in his music.
