Yuyuniz Navas

About

Actress and painter who is best known for her role as Ricarda Patiño in the TVN telenovela Aquelarre.  After playing Marina Astudillo in the show Purasangre in 2002, she retired from acting to pursue painting. She runs a lifestyle blog and is a yoga instructor with her own yoga tutorial company. 

Before Fame

She studied art at the Mulato Gil de Castro Institute, and scenic communication at the University for the Arts, Sciences, and Communication in 1994. 

Trivia

Her screen debut was in the TVN telenovela Crazy Skin, alongside Javiera Contador. 

Family Life

Her father is the painter Reynaldo Navas, and her mother is TV host Eli De Caso. Her sister is journalist Krishna Navas. She's married to the model Álvaro Casanova, and together they have one daughter, Antonia.
