Japanese manga artist known for illustrating the series Eyeshield 21. He's also worked on One-Punch Man, Majin Bone, and Donten Prism Solar Car.

Before Fame

His first professional job came in 1995 when he created Partner, which was featured in Weekly Shonen Jump.

Trivia

He's credited with creating the Mega Man bosses Dust Man and Crystal Man, which were based on designs he submitted to a Mega Man design competition when he was 12.

He grew up in Miyagi, Japan.
