R&B singer, entertainer, artist, performer, vocalist, composer, songwriter, and Broadway actress known for the hit song "Blue Jeans" (2002), for the album When Will It Be Me (2002), and her work in the musical Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (2014). 

Before Fame

She joined several choirs when she was in middle school. She began participating in musical theater when she was 11 years old. She won a competition in high school which resulted in her releasing a cover of the Celine Dion song "Love is On the Way" in 1999. She then began pursuing music as a career and released her hit single "Blue Jeans" in 2002. 

Trivia

She was introduced to music at a young age by her father who played drums in a band. She appeared in the music competition show The Half & Half FastTrak in the year 2005. She appeared in multiple unaired episodes of the show Hi-5 in 2006 and 2007.

Family Life

She was born in Oakland, California. She was raised in Oahu, Hawaii. Her brother is actor Sterling Sulieman.

Associated With

She was signed to Magic Johnson's record label in 2002. She collaborated with Sonny Fodera on the song "Caught Up" (2017).
