In the year 2020, he guest starred on an episode of Odd Squad. He starred in the 2023 movie Christmas Island. Will began his acting career on the stage, performing in the First National Tour of Matilda the Musical, then originating the role of Young Harry in Harry Potter and the Cursed Child on Broadway. He was also in the original Broadway cast of The Ferryman, a play directed by Sam Mendes that won the Tony for Best Play in the year 2019.
