Vijay Prakash

About

Playback singer who was one of the artists responsible for the Oscar and Grammy-winning song "Jai Ho" from the film Slumdog Millionaire (2008). He is also widely known for being one of the judges on the Kannada reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. 

Before Fame

He was trained carnatic classical music by Bellary.M.Raghavendra.

Trivia

He received the Karnataka Government's Best Playback Singer award for the song "Nammooralli Chaligaladalli" in 2016.

Family Life

He married singer Mahathi Vijay Prakash in 2001.
