Before Fame

She completed her education at Satree Yala School before attending  Thammasat University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in liberal studies. She competed in her first pageant in 2018 by competing in Miss Universe Thailand 2018 and became the 2nd Runner-Up. She competed in Miss Universe Thailand in 2020 when she was the 1st Runner Up, and then competed again in 2023 when she was 2nd Runner-Up again.

She is fluent in English, Russian, and Thai. She maintains her physique through Muay Thai and weightlifting.

Her full name is Veena Praveenar Singh Thakral. She was born and raised in Chiang Mai, Thailand. She is of both Thai and Indian descent. She announced her engagement to Charoen Singh Thakral in June 2021.
