After a successful career in modeling where he walked in Milan fashion week, he made the Forbes' June 2009 list of the most successful male models and was featured on the New York Times style blog; he then turned to acting.

He was born and raised in Flordia and moved to New York City where he studied acting at the William Esper Studio.

Family Life

He married Finnish fashion model Suvi Koponen in 2012. The couple had multiple children who have appeared on his Instagram page.
