Trond Eliassen

About

Professional architect and designer who is best known for designing municipal hospitals in Vest-Agder, Aust-Agder and Telemark. He is also credited for having designed the Sandefjord town hall.  

Before Fame

He and his partner Birger Lambertz-Nilssen launched their architectural company in 1947.

Trivia

He designed the Norwegian Maritime Museum. He was made Knight, First Class of the Order of St. Olav in 1983. 

Family Life

His father Georg Eliassen was also an architect. He has a brother named Arnt Eliassen. 

Associated With

Both he and Frank Lloyd Wright are well known architects.
