Toby Lewis Slater

English singer-songwriter who was the lead singer of indie pop band Catch, whose self-titled debut album was released in 1997. In the early 2000s, he began releasing solo material. He would go on to form the band Kunta Kinte, which was later renamed Tough Love.

Before Fame

He played in a band called Brattish before forming Catch.

He and his bandmates in Catch appeared on Top of the Pops. Catch were particularly popular in Thailand and Indonesia. He was just 17 when he found stardom with Catch.

His mother, Stephanie De Sykes, is a famous singer. He had a brother named Barnaby.
