Brazilian chef who is known for his traditional style of Brazilian cooking with a modern flare. He is known for opening the restaurant Remanso do Bosque and was cited by the New York Times as "one of the most innovative chefs in Brazil". 

Before Fame

His passion for food began in 2000 when his father transformed his living room into a small village restaurant. He began helping with the restaurant at the age of 11 and learned traditional Brazilian recipes. 

Trivia

He was featured in an article in The Independent discussing Brazil's latest trends in food during the 2016 Olympic games. He was also listed on British Magazine's list of 50 Best Restaurants in Latin America. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in the city of Belém, Pará, Brazil.
