Before Fame

She started learning to dance at the age of eight. She later began singing as a teenager and at fourteen she won the Refriango singing contest.

Outside her music career, she earned a degree in management at the Methodist University of Angola.

Her mother's name is Maria da Costa Agostinho Manuel.
