She studied art history and drama at Fine Arts College in London. She was scouted for modeling in 1986.

Family Life

She was born in Kenya, as her father was stationed there for his military role at the time. She married Willie Harcourt-Cooze in 1993, but later became divorced in 2011. She has children named Sophia, William, and Eve.
