Sydney Carter

About

Former combo guard who played basketball professionally in the WNBA for four seasons. She was originally selected as a third-round pick in the 2012 WNBA Draft by the Chicago Sky. She has also played for the Connecticut Sun, Indiana Fever, and Atlanta Dream during her professional career. 

Before Fame

Prior to her WNBA career, she played college basketball at Texas A&M University. While at Texas A&M, she was twice named to the Big 12 All-Defensive team. 

Trivia

During her professional basketball career, she has also played overseas in countries such as Latvia, Estonia, and Israel. While playing in Europe, she won championships in 2014, 2016 and 2017. 

Family Life

She grew up living with her family in the Dallas, Texas area. She is one of seven siblings.
