Susan Vidler

Scottish actress who is known for playing Alison Powell in the series Line of Duty.  She also appeared in series like Drop the Dead Donkey, The Bill, Doctor Who, and Rebus. She played Sick Boy's girlfriend Allison in the 1996 film Trainspotting.

Before Fame

She spent five years of her childhood in South Africa. She returned to Scotland and studied at Prestonlodge High School before entering the world of professional acting and entertainment.

Trivia

Her first film credit was in the 1994 film Naked. In the year 1997, she appeared in a short film titled California Sunshine, which was directed by her future brother-in-law David Mackenzie.

Family Life

She married Alastair Mackenzie. She has children with him named Freddy Mackenzie and Martha Mackenzie.
