Singer for the band Traffic who recorded "Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys." In pursuing his solo career, he released hits like "Roll With It" and "Higher Love." Traffic released 7 studio albums throughout their time as a band, ending with Far from Home in 1994. 

Before Fame

He would play the organ while a choir boy at his church. Later on, he was a member of the Spencer Davis Group when he was fourteen years old.

He sang with a tenor voice and played the Hammond organ. His song "Higher Love" has garnered more than 100 million streams on Spotify. 

Family Life

He married Nicole Tacot Weir in 1977; after their divorce in 1986, he remarried Eugenia Crafton in 1987. He has three daughters, Lilly, Mary-Clare, and Eliza, and a son, Cal.
