Sipora Gurung

Volleyball player who was recognized as the best volleyball player in Nepal at the age of 16. She was a beauty pageant winner and came in third at the Miss Nepal in 2013. She is popular on Instagram and has over 160,000 followers. 

Before Fame

She was the youngest player at the age of 13 competing 10th South Asian Games held in Sri Lanka. She won a bronze medal. She was also the Nepal champion in the 200m and 400m at the U16 level. 

Trivia

She sustained a knee injury during a volleyball match when she was 18, which has since kept her from the court. She has also been an actress and was in the 2014 movie Yamphawati : The Princess.

Family Life

She was born in Pokhara, Nepal.
