About

Soulful singer-songwriter who rocketed to fame in 2017 as a competitor on the thirteenth season of The Voice. She competed as a member of Miley Cyrus's team on the show. 

Before Fame

She began singing before she could talk and by the age of eleven was writing her own music. She eventually went on to study at Berklee College of Music. 

Trivia

After college, she released the debut EP Sideways Glances and followed up in 2016 with the album Nocturne. 

Family Life

Her father is a seventh-generation cantor. And though she shared his love of singing, she aspired to sing secular music.
