Shila Vosough Ommi

Iranian-American actress, entertainer, artist, performer, and producer who is best known for her roles in projects such as Tehran and Little America. She is also the voice of the character Cinder Lumen in the Pixar and Disney joint production Elemental.

Before Fame

She received her Bachelor's of Science degree from UCLA in biological anthropology and biology. She graduated from a two-year theater program from The Ruskin School of Acting, where she studied under award-winning actor Sir Anthony Hopkins. 

Trivia

She directed the film Wake Up Sleeping Beauty. She has directed and produced award winning plays in Los Angeles, and for over a decade she toured internationally under the name Shila Vosough in an Iranian-American theater production company performing plays in Persian.

She was born in Tehran, Iran.
