Before Fame

She played several sports growing up, becoming passionate about fitness while watching the TV show Gladiators as a child. She attended Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen.

She has been featured on BBC, the Scottish Sun, and The US Sun. She is a co-owner of CrossFit Dundee, a CrossFit gym in Scotland. She has won several championships in weightlifting and CrossFit. She was a guest on the Restless Natives podcast.

Family Life

She was born in Windsor and moved to Scotland when she was young. Her mom, Kaz, was a sergeant in the army. Her father, Sean, died in a car crash when she was three years old.
