Sean Munger

Historian studying the environmental history of the United States in the early 19th century who authored the books Doppelgänger, Zombies of Byzantium and Zombie Rebellion. His book The Rats of Midnight is scheduled for release in December of 2015.

Before Fame

He was an attorney, practicing real estate law in Portland, Oregon. He specialized in transactions related to timberlands.

Trivia

He attended the Wacken Open Air heavy metal festival in Germany 12 times. He also grew up with, and was heavily influenced by, the Choose Your Own Adventure books popular in the 1980s, and got to interview Edward Packard, the series' co-founder, on his blog.

Family Life

He grew up in various places in the US, including Nebraska and Pennsylvania. He and his husband Cody reside in Oregon.
