Scotty Sussman

About

Artist and stylist who is known for transforming into an eccentric drag character called Sussi. His character was famous in the New York club scene for wearing an avant-garde wardrobe, along with white face makeup. He explored the character as a creative project that ran from the years 2014 to 2018.

Before Fame

He said he was never invited to high school parties, but found his chosen family in nightclubs. He studied visual arts and theater whilst in high school.

Trivia

He was photographed by Bruce Weber and Steven Klein. He has described his style in interviews and on past social posts as "fake Vivienne Westwood and New Romantic."

Family Life

His mother is Heather Hartt-Sussman. She worked for the Hollywood Reporter and was also the host of E!'s The Gossip Show.

He was inspired by the Broadway show Pippin, which was directed and co-written by Bob Fosse.
