American actor best known for his role on NBC's Friday Night Lights as the previous star quarterback who was paralyzed during a game. He also starred on Hart of Dixie and played Mayor Paul Randolph on Ginny & Georgia.

Family Life

He married Kelsey Mayfield and the couple welcomed a son in May 2015, followed by a daughter in 2017. He has a younger brother named Brendan and a younger sister named Ariana.
