Celebrity makeup artist and entrepreneur within the cosmetics industry who launched his own Scott Barnes Cosmetics on QVC in April of 2004. His looks have been featured on the covers of magazines such as Allure, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, InStyle, Vanity Fair, Rolling Stone, and Marie Claire. His work with Jennifer Lopez birthed the monochromatic look featuring bronzed skin and pale lips.

Before Fame

He was determined to fulfill his dream as a fine-arts painter when he arrived in New York City in 1984. He attended the Parsons School of Design before he began assisting on fashion photography shoots.

Trivia

Women's Wear Daily named him "Newcomer of the Year" and he was a finalist for the Fashion Group International's "Rising Star" award. He worked with renowned photographers such as Patrick Demarchelier, Peter Lindbergh, Annie Leibovitz and many others.
