She grew up with sisters Nikki and Rachel. She had an on-off relationship with Ronnie Ortiz-Magro during her time on Jersey Shore. She was in a relationship with Christian Biscardi in 2017. In 2021, she began dating Justin May. The couple announced their engagement in March 2024. In February 2025, they announced they were expecting their first child together.
