Sam Mangwana

Congolese musician who was a member of the band TPOK Jazz. He also performed with the groups Afrisa International, African Fiesta, and African Fiesta National.

Before Fame

He released his first album, Waka Waka, in 1978.

He performed on two 1970s albums by TPOK Jazz: Lufua Lua Nkadi and Luka Mobali Moko.

Family Life

He was born to a Zimbabwean migrant father and an Angolan mother.
