Yemeni Boxer and social media personality. He is a former Olympian, a former WBO Junior Middleweight champion and a former 2-time Golden Gloves champion. 

Before Fame

In 2006, he won his first National Golden Glove Championship in the featherweight division at the age of 17. After winning the championship, he was then sent to represent the United States at the 2006 World Junior Championships, where he won a bronze medal. 

Trivia

On July 16, 2010 he defeated Julias Edmunds in the third round of his first career televised boxing match. The fight took place at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, 

Family Life

He was born in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, where he was raised by his Yemeni immigrant parents. He has four sisters and a brother.
