He played college basketball for the State College of Florida while earning his associates in business administration and marketing. He then played college football for the University of South Florida.

Family Life

He is the oldest of four children. His wife, Emily Hintze, runs the jewelry division of Hintze Media. He and Emily have a daughter named Elle and they have lived in Southwest Florida.
