She studied abroad in London, England as a teenager and worked as a model before becoming a trainee with TVB.

She is the niece of actor Kent Tong. She has a younger sister named Cassandre. She and actor Kenneth Ma went public with their relationship in June 2020. She previously dated actor Joey Law.
