In the year 1983, she made her acting debut in the film La bête noire.   

Trivia

She won the César Award for Most Promising Actress for her role in Savage Nights. Her parents named her "Romane" because they admired filmmaker and director Roman Polanski.

Family Life

She is the daughter of Richard Bohringer and Marguerite Bourry. She has two siblings, Lou and Mathieu Bohringer. She has two children Raoul and Rose with Philippe Rebbot.

She starred alongside Virginie Efira and Melvil Poupaud in the French movie L'amour et les forêts.
