About

Argentinian chef who has risen to fame for his Los Petersen Cocineros haute restaurant. He has also starred on his cooking reality TV series Los Autenticos Petersen. 

Before Fame

He worked as a kitchen assistant in his mother's kitchen as a child. He later graduated with his degree in biochemistry from the University of Buenos Aires. 

Trivia

He earned membership in the exclusive Academie Culinaire de France. He hosted the Argentinian TV mini-series El Banquete in 2013. In 2018 and 2019, he won the Martín Fierro award for Best Culinary Show for Los Petersen. Recetas Caseras. 

Family Life

He has frequently collaborated with his brother Christian on various cooking projects and TV series. He has a son named Mateo.
